It works like a charm and my Yorkie loves it!! I sometimes have long hours and this feeder gives me peace of mind when I'm occasionally running a little late getting home.
These desiccant bags work really well and are a must-have if you’re using an automatic feeder. They help keep the food dry and fresh, especially in warmer or more humid conditions.They fit perfectly in my PETLIBRO feeder and were very easy to replace. I’ve noticed the food stays crisp longer and doesn’t get that stale smell.Overall, a simple but very useful accessory—definitely worth having if you want to keep your pet’s food fresh and safe.
If I could go back in time, I would not buy any products from this company. This feeder is overcomplicated, requiring an app to properly function, and if connection to the app gets messed up, it will stop dispensing food. I had to do a hard reset in the first month just to get it working again. Otherwise, this has functioned relatively as expected, but because of these bugs at such a high price tag, I would recommend a smaller brand at half the price that doesn't require an app to work. I keep it plugged in so battery life it not a concern. It holds a decent amount of food and my cat doesn't have trouble eating from this, but just having the issue where it stopped dispensing food is a major safety concern and drops this from a mild inconvenience "3-star" product to a 1 star avoid.
The feeder was fine when it worked. It gave warning about clogs with every feeding, but in reality dispensed fine. The low food sensor never worked properly. After a recently cleaning, it would not reconnect to the app. Reset the device and attempted to re-pair, but it would just start endlessly dispensing food when it was plugged in. Was eventually able to get it to behave after countless power cycles, but the camera would not activate, and the device started beeping intermittently.Reach out to support, but the only option is an AI that was absolutely zero help.While waiting on the chatbot's replies, the feeder started activating the speaker and playing static and noises. Feeder went straight in the trash.
An excellent way to automatically feed my cat while I am away.
