We stand behind every product we sell. If something is not right, we will make it right — simply and quickly, no runaround.


Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

You have a full 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. We want you to feel completely confident shopping with Blossom Paws — if the product is not what you expected, we have you covered.

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation email

To start a return: Email us at support@blossompaw.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with your return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@blossompaw.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will assess the situation and resolve it for you the same day — either by sending a replacement at no cost or issuing a full refund. You will not need to return the item in these cases. We take full responsibility for anything that leaves our warehouse in less than perfect condition.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the right product is to return your original item and place a new order separately. Once your return is accepted and confirmed, your refund is processed immediately so you can reorder without waiting.

If you are unsure which product is right for your pet, email us at support@blossompaw.com before placing a new order and we will personally help you choose the right one.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety and hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Consumable pet health products and supplements
  • Personal care and grooming items that have been opened and used
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your specific item is eligible for return, email us before sending anything back and we will clarify immediately.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without providing justification. Your item must be in its original unused condition with tags and original packaging, and you will need your proof of purchase. Contact us at support@blossompaw.com to initiate your EU return and we will handle everything from there.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will email you immediately to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund is automatically issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the amount to your account — this varies by institution.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it in your account, contact us at support@blossompaw.com and we will investigate and resolve it immediately.
