Welcome to Blossom Paws. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our store. By visiting, browsing or making a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms are a legal agreement between you and Blossom Paws ("we", "us", "our"). Our store is powered by Shopify.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price shown at the time you place it, confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees or customs and import charges unless expressly stated. These will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that charges will be honoured by your payment provider.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to you. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

The Blossom Paws name, logo and brand identifiers are our trademarks. You must not use them without our written consent.

Blossom Paws is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology infrastructure for our store. All sales and purchases are made directly with Blossom Paws. Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and Blossom Paws and is not responsible for any products purchased through our store. By using our store you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages or liabilities arising from your transactions with us.
