They are not recommended for use near busy roads or in crowded areas where you need immediate close control. Had it for almost 2 years now and still works great. It's been used a lot and very heavy use, will definitely get another one if this one ever breaks.

I love it! This product is really light and tough. The retraction is smooth and it looks good compared to other leashes I've owned. My only small complaint is the locking mechanism can easily disengage but that seldom happens. Overall I highly recommend it! Will buy again once it needs replacement
Great, sturdy leash for a bigger dog (70lbs). The retraction feature broke after 2.5 years with daily, one hour use so we replaced it with the same leash since we like it so much. The handle feels great and fits large and small hands. The locking feature is also easy to use.
Handle is nice and fits my ladies 7.5 glove size hand. No squished fingers. Lead irself is a wide ribbon and retracts very easily. The lick is also easy to use and works nicely.
