Want to know where your order is? Follow these simple steps to track your Blossom Paws order.

Step 1 - Check your email

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Check the email address you used when placing your order including your spam folder.

Step 2 - Use your tracking number

Copy your tracking number from the email and visit one of these tracking websites depending on your carrier:

  • UPS - ups.com/tracking
  • FedEx - fedex.com/tracking
  • China Post / ePacket - parcelsapp.com or 17track.net

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping - 7 to 15 business days
  • Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing before shipping begins

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you.
