Shipping Policy
Free Standard Shipping — every order, no minimum!
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the USA. No minimum order value, no exceptions.
Delivery timeframes:
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
- Order processing: 1–2 business days before dispatch
- Total from order to door: 6–10 business days
Where we ship: We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your email address once dispatched. Use this number at the carrier's website to follow your delivery in real time.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3pm EST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends are processed the next business day.
What if my order is delayed?
Carrier delays occasionally happen, particularly during peak shopping periods. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of purchase, contact us at support@blossompaw.com and we will investigate and resolve it immediately.
