How to start a return:
- Email us at support@blossompaw.com with your order number and the item you want to return
- We will reply within 24 hours with your return instructions
- Ship the item back to us — we will cover the return shipping cost if the item is defective or incorrect
- Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method
Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items should be in their original condition where possible — we accept returns even if the item has been opened and used
- Defective, broken or incorrect items are refunded or replaced at no cost to you, including return shipping
